Our Cloud based SIP Proxy service delivers high availability PSTN access and dovetails with our Cloud PBX and Microsoft Teams solutions.

Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) defines how telephone calls are established and transported on IP networks and brings the benefits of ubiquitous Internet connectivity to telephone calling. We have invested in SIP Proxy (or Session Border Control) technology that supports resilient and secure business access to the PSTN. Combined with our Cloud PBX solutions, we maintain the five 9’s availability of the traditional telephone system (99.999%).

• Single SIP Proxy, single trunk to the PSTN i.e. no resilience
• Single SIP Proxy, SIP trunks to multiple PSTN providers i.e. PSTN resilience
• Dual Data Centre, dual SIP Proxy, SIP trunks to multiple PSTN providers i.e. end to end High Availability
  • Our PSTN Calling rates are industry competitive and are billed using our tailored billing engine.
