Design

  • We design practical, effective, high performing networks and will collaborate to ensure our solution closely fits your financial and operational needs.

  • Our network services are available as-a-Service for a fixed monthly operating expense.

  • We will align our Services Agreements to accurately reflect the services and technology proposed via our design process.

Deployment

  • A Statement of Work will define the scope, responsibilities, timeline, and cost of implementing any agreed solution.

  • If the scope is sufficiently broad we will appoint a Project Manager to oversee the implementation.

  • Our engineers are highly skilled at configuring and installing all technologies and services in the Network Edge portfolio.

Management

  • Networks are the lifeblood of most organisations and it is a simple fact that network instability or failure will have a serious impact.

  • At Network Edge we do not implement then forget, we take ongoing management of network services and technology seriously.

  • Our management services include:

• Monitoring the availability, performance, and security of your network – business hours or 24/7
• An easy to use ticketing system for event logging and rapid event resolution
• A service portal so that customers can log and monitor tickets themselves and measure our performance
• A Service Management wrap that can include regular service meetings and performance reporting
